Sunleigh Apartment is a very comfortable, modern first floor apartment, a self-contained annexe to the main house, built in 1999. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Sleeps 2.
The kitchen/diner comprises of an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dining table and chairs. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for your use and are located in the utility room downstairs (shared with the owner). The lounge has comfortable furnishings; there is a colour TV and a stereo/CD player. A double bedroom with ample storage space is in the adjoining room. Bathroom comprises: bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C.
There are panoramic countryside views with sea glimpses overlooking garden at the rear of the house. There is easy access to many interesting places, gardens and cultural delights and coastal walks. Locally horse-riding, golf, and gliding are available. The City of Truro is 9 miles away. The Eden Project, in St Austell is approximately a 45 minute drive.
