Sunleigh Apartment
We want to give you the opportunity to view our Self Catering apartment in St Agnes, Cornwall.
Sunleigh Apartment is a very comfortable, modern first floor apartment, a self-contained annexe to the main house, built-in 1999. We are situated in the outskirts of the village of St Agnes and furnished and equipped to a high standard. Sleeps 2.
The kitchen/diner comprises of an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dining table and chairs. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for your use and they are located in the utility room downstairs (shared with the owner). The lounge has comfortable furnishings; there is a colour TV and a stereo/CD player. A double bedroom with ample storage space is in the adjoining room. Bathroom comprises: bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C.
There are panoramic countryside views with sea glimpses overlooking garden at the rear of the house. There is easy access to many interesting places, gardens and cultural delights and coastal walks. Locally horse-riding, golf, and gliding are available. The City of Truro is 9 miles away. The Eden Project, in St Austell is about a 45 minute drive.
St Agnes
St Agnes is an excellent centre for exploring Cornwall, being easily accessible from the A30 trunk road, yet seems pleasantly detached from the busier Cornwall.
Enjoy the variety of coastal, cliff, inland and valley picturesque walks, sea fishing, coarse angling, surfing at local beaches, horse riding, golf, tennis, shooting, gliding, cycle hire, historic buildings and picnic area.
A visit to the quaint St Agnes parish museum detailing the landscape and history of the area is a must, and do take time to browse the local shops offering Cornish crafts, pottery and gifts, restaurants and inns.
St Agnes is the ideal place to base yourself to explore the rest of Cornwall.
